Iran is prepared to resume nuclear talks with Washington provided that it is approached with "respect" and "honor", Tehran's top diplomat has announced.

The Iranian diplomat stated only diplomacy was effective, and shared new appeals had been made by go-betweens to reopen negotiations with the US government. He claimed Iran possessed no secret atomic facilities, and Tehran could not yet permit the global atomic watchdog to inspect struck enrichment centers for security reasons.

Walking a Challenging Course
